Our goal is to have all orders processed within 1-3 business days, excluding public holidays or holiday seasons. Please understand that on rare occasions there might be delays that are out of our control (Ex: weather conditions or custom holds for shipments). Tracking information will be provided for all shipments to keep you updated on the delivery. A confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your items are shipped.

Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address/PO box number and contact information so we can accurately process your order. Once we process your shipment, we cannot change shipping addresses.

International Orders 
International delivery times may vary and does not include the time for any customs’ processing or holds. The customer is responsible for all customs fees, including taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees assessed at the border prior to delivery. The carrier will collect these charges at the time of delivery. Please contact your country's customs office or tax agent for more information.
